This weeks "I want what she has!" goes to Blaire Dalton. I am loving this top! The great detail around the neck line really make this an anytime shirt. I also love the length in the back! Blaire rocked this look with black leggings!

Just heard back from the stores -- this particular top (by Creative Concepts) was in the stores 4 or 5 months ago, and sold out. I hope you'll try Filene's Basement sometime. If you love fashion and bargains, this might be the store for you. There are two in Chicago: 1 No. State St. and 830 N. Michigan Ave. If you do visit, let us know what you think. Pat
