in times like these you must be resourceful

I've decided to share some of my resourcefulness with all of my readers. This will be a rerunning post topic. I have a lot of tricks up my sleeves! ;)

Have you ever noticed that I shop at the same few stores a lot. For example Express. Ever wonder why? I learned a way to earn free Express gift cards. I also have a Express credit card and when you pay with your card you get "rewards cards" ($10 and $20 gift cards that can be used when paying with Express card). It's a vicious cycle of savings. I also only shop there when they are running their amazing deals. You know the 40% off your entire order or $75 off your $250 order. Those are the best times to shop!!
Okay so back to these free gift cards. I take online surveys for E-Rewards. For ever $50 I earn in online survey money, I cash it in for a $25 Express gift card.
They send you a few surveys a week via email and you decided if you want to take it or not. They take anywhere between 5-40 minutes to complete (the longer surveys earn you more money) and are about everything from car insurance to magazine ads. Let me tell you, there is nothing better then getting new clothes/accessories/purses and knowing you earned them! Literally! ;)
If Express is not your thing, you can also cash in for hotel gift cards and ones for airlines too! I obviously don't have as much free time as I did when I only had one child, but I still take the surveys at night after the kiddos are sleeping or if my hubbys home helping me on his days off.
