Recipe: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Myself and the hubby LOVE hummus. We enjoy a lot of different kinds, but roasted red pepper is our all time favorite. This got me thinking, why can't i make it? Well, turns out I can! ;)
I was super pumped to try out my new tupperware Quick Chief Pro System but you can use a food processor too (and lets face it, that is probably easier).
hummus
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained
1 roasted red pepper from jar, drained
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. Tahini (sesame paste)
1 lemon, juiced
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2-3 tsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
2 tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix it all together and done! ;)
