Easy lunch Idea
I am currently obsessed with this easy lunch idea. It's simple, healthy, and light. LOVE it!
Here's what you need:
1 can tuna in water
1 teaspoon mayo (I use the omega-3 kind from whole foods)
1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
Organic romaine lettuce
Organic Cucumbers
Drain tuna and mix it with flaxseed meal and mayo. Place in center of washed romaine lettuce and add cucumber.
Thats it!! Super easy, super delish!
Also good with green peppers, tomato, celery, and onions.

love this! although i add this flx seed to my cereals, never thought to add to tuna! i also love to flake the tuna over hot rice and sprinkle with furikake (nori/seaweed).
