My Style Monday: Quilted Coat

Good morning friends, happy Monday! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Ours was jammed packed with family fun as we spent Friday-Sunday morning in Lake Geneva with my husband's side of the family. Then we drove strait to a pumpkin patch (our annual Bumpkin trip) to meet up with my side of the family for fun and more food. We got home late Sunday and all hit our beds hard! ;) That said, we had an absolutely wonderful weekend and we are so blessed to have such a great family to make these memories with. It really is a blessing to watch your kids play with their grandparents as well as their aunts, uncles, and so many cousins all weekend long. 

SHOP THE LOOK

We did have some cooler temps this weekend which made it a perfect time to break out my new favorite coat. And by break out, I mean continue to wear daily. ;) If you follow me on IG stories then you have already heard me rave about my love for it. You will have also seen me wear it daily lately because I am so obsessed with it. From it's lightweight frame to how warm it keeps me, this truly is the perfect coat for me this season! 

I decided to pair this quilted beauty over an old favorite pairing of mine. I wore this same outfit back in October of 2017 for the first time (see below), and it quickly became one of my favorites. I think I've worn a version of this outfit maybe ten times by now...if it's not broken, don't fix it and all that. ;) It truly is the perfect fall outfit! I added a wool hat and silver jewelry to finish the pairing off this time around. In the end, I loved wearing this outfit and I was nice and warm on this beautiful sunny fall day.
