Recipe: Coconut Ladoo (Gluten Free & Vegan)


Do you love coconut and cinnamon? If you answered yes, then this recipe is for you! A few months ago, my hubby and I hosted a dinner and we decided to cook Indian food. My husband makes a mean chicken tikka massala, so I wanted to come up with a dessert for that night that was both yummy and somewhat easy to make to I could leave the oven open for making dinner. I found a great recipe on Vegan Richa, but I decided to sub out cardamom for cinnamon and you guys, it is so amazing! Here is what you will need...



Ingredients: 
-2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut dried
-2 teaspoons of cinnamon or seeds from 4 or 5 cardamom seeds
-1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
-2 tsp coconut oil
2/3 cup raw or organic sugar
-a pinch of salt
-2 Tbsp coconut flour
