Flower Child

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am a sucker for a retro inspired look! On a recent trip to Express, I found this beautiful dress on the clearance rack and the tag said it was only $24. When I got to the register, it rang up for under $10. Seriously! I love the pastel color and the vintage vibes this dress exudes. 

This is 100% sheer so I wasn't sure if it was a bathing suit cover-up or what, but I knew I needed to have it and I wanted it to be a dress first. I decided to pair it over my favorite nude slip and then for the accessories, I added things that were in similar hues of purple/pink. In the end, this look took very little effort to create and I felt so retro and comfortable in it. Plus the way the dress sways in the wind is perfection. :)
