Recipe: GF Dark Chocolate Pretzel Bark

This year, I wanted to try out a new bark, mostly because I'm obsessed with this sweet treat, but also because it is so super easy to make. This is not a recipe I found online, this is just me winging it. The end result is delicious! You can add more or less pretzels and more or less sea salt. In the end, alter this recipe to fit your dietary needs and family's tastes.

Ingredients:

-2, 10oz. bags dark chocolate melting wafers
-2 cups of gluten free pretzels (I used pretzel rods)
-sea salt for top

Directions:

1) Melt chocolate 30 seconds at a time in a microwave safe bowl until fully melted with zero lumps. Mix with spoon often.

2) Crush pretzels with hands and place them at the bottom of a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

3) Pour melted chocolate over pretzels. Sprinkle salt over the top.

4) Let fully cool in refrigerator (or garage if winter months). Break into pieces that are the desired size. Enjoy!

I hope you like this bark as much as we do! Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today. I hope you make it a great day! xoxo
