I get by with a little help from my friends

After a very rough week I just needed to get out and feel like an adult! My mother-in-law took the little man for an overnight visit (yes!!!) and me and the hubby rounded up some friends to go out for dinner and drinks. It was so nice to be at a table of adults and not have a diaper bag with me! Hey, we all need days off right?! In motherhood they don't happen often, so when they do, you take full advantage!!!
I kicked off my night with a virgin bloody Mary! Nothing better then one of those! It's like it's own little appetizer!

Since I knew we would be outside all night, I decided to wear something that I would be comfortable in. I of course took into consideration that I would be eating lots too! I went with jeans and a tank and paired it with a short sleeved cardigan.
I had to wear flats due to the fact that I stepped on a wasp the day before and my foot was still swollen.
I threw on this amazing braided chain necklace that I found at Target. It was actually $17.99 and connected to a shirt! The shirt was okay, but I really made the purchase solely for the necklace. Hey, that's a lot of chain for a cheep price!
