Recipe: Gluten Free Breakfast Ideas

We've been in a bit of a breakfast rut lately. Everyday we start our day by eating eggs, steel oats, chicken sausage, avocado toast, and the occasional waffle, and/or pancake.

My son proclaimed the kids are in charge of breakfast this day and I think they had some great ideas!

My son and my daughter both had different ideas of what they wanted, but they were both super yummy and honestly I was impressed!
Here is what we used:

My son wanted toaster waffles with peanut butter and jelly.
Quick, easy, and very filling!

My daughter opted to eat open face waffles with peanut butter and fresh strawberries.
Also very easy, quick, and very filling.

Have you ever tried these breakfast options?
Do you ever let your kids eat what they want? I guess I'm lucky they made good choices. ;)
