Color Remix: Black & Blue

I have been blogging since 2010 and in that time I have shown you lots of different remix posts. This time, I wanted to take a look back at some of my favorite color combos that are still being worn on a regular basis. 

The first up for this new segment "color remix" is black and blue. I love mixing these colors! I think black and blue get a bad rap (hello the description of a bruise!), but when I wear them, they just lift my mood. 

Here are a few from 2010 while I was pregnant with my daughter. Yes, for those of you who have not followed from the beginning, I blogged my entire pregnancy. That my friends, was no easy task!

In 2011 I decided to wear this color combo again another three times:

By 2012 I still felt the color combo was top notch but started adding color in my bags. I also love how the great scarf really made the black and blue pop!

In 2013 my hair went ombre but I was really hitting my black and blue stride. I realized that denim was one of my favorite ways to incorporate the color combo plus it seems more easy and laid back that way. The first two photos are form 2013, the the third in this row and the six after that are all from 2014! As I said, I really hit my black and blue stride or an obsession of sort if you will. ;)
