Recipe: Sriracha Dip

If you know me (or have ever had a meal with me), then you know I am a lover of all things spicy. I have to admit, Sriracha is added to my food daily and I'm not mad about it! When I was at a dinner party at my neighbors last fall, this dip was served and I could not get enough of it. Since then, I have tried many variations of this recipe as when you look up "Sriracha dip" on google, many recipes come up. Some of them have mayo, some have lemon, some just ranch seasoning, below is a recipe I came up with after many attempts. They all turned out good, but this one is great! I give you my version of Sriracha dip.


-Organic Tater Tots or Fries (waffle cut of sweet potato are always a great choice!)
-1/2 cup organic sour cream
-1/2 cup organic ranch dressing
-2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
-1/2 teaspoon lime juice 
(I doubled the recipe for the dinner party I was having this night) 


1) Mix all ingredients in bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. That's it!
