The Perfect Little Faux Fur Vest...Paired with Lace

I am such a sucker for a great faux fur vest (well, faux fur anything actually). You have seen me style this textile year after year, and I have to say, this crop vest from cabi Clothing is perfection! Sure, I have loved longer vests in the past, but this one hits you in all the right places allowing your natural curves to show. Plus, it has fabric on both sides, taking the bulk off and making it that much more flattering on all body types. I apologize in advance because this beauty is going to be a repeat offender. I mean, if you take away the fact that it's style design is flawless, then you are left with the blue hues... which can I just say, is color perfection!

And then we have the lace. Oh how I love lace! Doesn't it just make everything more dainty and beautiful. I was so excited when Kaitlyn put this top in our latest swap bag. It's a beautiful blouse to begin with, then you add in that lace detail and the buttons. Did you see those buttons? Beautiful..but I digress. Everyone needs a few blouses in their wardrobe, they are super usable pieces to own. It was fun to play dress up with this one, I also liked styling it with jeans and flats. ;)

I wanted the pairing to be unexpected but still look super put together so I paired my vest with a lace detail blouse and a button-up skirt. To tie the blue in, I added navy boots and a silver and blue statement necklace. In the end I added my go-to fall lip color to really make the outfit pop. I have to say, I got so many compliments on this outfit. Isn't it a win win when you love your outfit for the day and you get tons of nice comments to boot? ;) I think so!
