5 Best Home Workouts

Good morning friends, I hope you had a wonderful, long weekend. I wanted to pop on here today and talk a little about what I have been doing, fitness wise lately. I don't know about you, but I go in and out of workout patterns depending on the time of year and number of available minutes. I have also been on a new, non chemical treatment for my chronic pain (more on that in June), but because of it my body could not do the gym workouts I used to. I found myself trying different workouts at home and I wanted to share with you my very favorites. Nothing is too time consuming and if you get dressed in super cute workout attire, it just helps! Plus by trying these workouts at home, I was allowed to pause, take a break, or in some cases, come back to it the next day.

Now that the weather is beautiful, I plan to get out of the house more. I will still be doing these, but I'll add a bike ride and/or a walk to the routine each day as well. Thank you so much for stopping by Balancing Lisa today, I hope you make it a great day! xoxo
