Before I had my kids, I attended Lollapalooza every year from 2003 to 2007.
Since then I think me and the hubby went one day in 2009, but it has just not been in the cards for us with having 2 young kids.
This year we decided to YOLO the weekend and attend both Saturday and Sunday.
Here is myself and the hubby waiting for the train to take us downtown:

Here is what I wore on Saturday:
Cardigan: Nordstrom, Tank: Urban Outfitters, Shorts: Gap, Bag: Target, Boots: c/o Just Fab, Watch: Fossil, Wrist Wrap & Bracelet: c/o House of Gemmes, Necklace: Threadsence, Hat: Worth & Worth, Barlette: Free People, Rings: Shop Jules, Mother of Pearl Ring: c/o Willow House Jewelry, Lip Color: Rose Blossom by Bobbi Brown
We got to the festival around 4 (took us a bit to get there and get in).
We watched Ellie Goulding (she was AMAZING live), Kendrick Lamar, The Lumineers, and Mumford & Sons.
Since The Lumineers and Mumford & Sons were on the same side, it got a bit crowded (understatement much?! :)
Two of my favorite bands so I was ready to get in there and get my dance on!
We were able to stay in the same spot to watch both bands. They were both so great live, however my only complaint was that Mumford was way to soft.
Who else was there on Saturday?
Which band was your favorite?

Love this look! I need to get those boots!
Oh my gosh, look at that crowd! As much as I love concerts, I don't know that I'd have the patience for that. It looked like they had a ton of great acts at Lollapalooza this year, though. And I love your outfit!
You look super cute and I love this look. Oh may the crowd. I would have been nervous LOL
I wore them both days, walked about 20 miles and they are hands down the most comfortable boots I own. I did lose a few studs, but I think they look cooler now ;)
thanks. I can get overwhelmed in big crowds too, but everyone was so nice/happy/dancing it was just good vibes and no aggressive behavior or mean people. I LOVED it! ;)
It was really fun! and thanks, I went for comfort over style this year, but somehow think I may have pulled off both! ;)
Great outfit, love the pictures and very handsome couple!!
