Happy Monday friends! Today's look is a mix of retro hair, classic makeup, and a modern dress...which is probably one of my favorite combos. I love the idea of pairing these items together and isn't it the perfect time of year for this look? With all of the holiday parties and events coming up, I know this dress will be getting lots of use. Plus, a black dress is great for year round wear and I can totally see myself wearing it while attending a wedding too!

I have to say, I am obsessed with this black lace dress. I wasn't sure from the online photo, but once I put it on there was no turning back, it was so mine! ;) I love the unique lace patten on the bottom half and the neckline is to die for. It just screamed add a red lip and heels to me. So I did just that. To finish my look off, I decided to style my hair in retro inspired waves. In the end, I loved how this pairing turned out.
