BATH BLISS: BATH SALTS WITH CBD 250MG

I started using Bath Bliss a little over a week ago and I am already a big fan! I have taken five bathes using these bath salts and each time I feel more relaxed and have less neck and back tension after. You only need to add 2-3 tablespoons to each bath, so at only $25 you get a lot of bang for your buck!  The smell is beautiful, a mix of lavender, Ylang Ylang, and orange. It has become part of my self-care routine and I highly recommend this one if you're wanting to try a CBD bath salt.

400MG TOPICAL OINTMENT

I was impressed with this topical ointment because it truly is not like the others. I have been having a bad chronic pain flareup the past few weeks so I decided to put this to the test. For starters, the smell is not that menthol scent I have grown to dislike, it was more like a natural hemp scent with a little Jasminem Ylang-Ylang. It is oily, but did not get on my clothes or anything. I used this product 1-3 times per day (depending on my pain level) and I really feel like it made a difference. There is no tingling feeling or anything, it feels just a bit warm after rubbing it in and then the pain just decreases for a couple of hours. A little goes a long way on this one, so again, you are getting a lot of product for the price. 

TRANSDERMAL PATCH, PACK OF 2, 25MG

Using a transdermal patch is a great way to have a steady stream of CBD going into your system for 12 hours. I love that you can cut them into smaller pieces, or use the full 25mg patch as needed. I DO have a love/hate relationship with them though. I will absolutely admit when I wear these patches, not only is my mood better for the day, but I feel more relaxed and my pain feels more in control. I love that they are clear so you can be discreet with them. However, when it comes time to take them off...ouch! ;) Do yourself a favor and put them on a non-hairy part of your body. 

SLEEP & MOOD CBD TEA

I was very excited to try the CBD tea. The flavor I tried is chamomile mint and it really is a calming herbal tea. I did add the smallest drip of honey to sweeten it the first night I tried it, but it didn't really need it. Not only was the tea delicious, but it was a nice ritual to pour myself a cup of tea and to sip it before bedtime. I have tried this for four nights now and it has become a part of my nighttime routine that I look forward to. I feel like I fall asleep faster and that is good enough for me! The does for the tea is 7mg of CBD for each teaspoon, and I took one teaspoon each night. It's just a little extra CBD comfort right before bed.
