Today I want to tell you about three new CBD products I have tried during the past four weeks. They were all wonderful and I couldn't wait to tell you about them. I can not believe it, but another year of blogging is officially coming to an end. I have had the privilege of working with so many amazing brands this year, and I am truly grateful for all of the opportunity this year brought. Since I live near Chicago, I was able to ride on the new Odyssey Chicago River. You guys, this is a custom-built boat with a glass top to show off the iconic riverfront architecture. After seeing a few photos online and also seeing the menu, I knew this was going to be one very fun night! Odyssey Chicago River is the first dining cruise that operates year-round on the Chicago River. It really is an experience like no other. I decided a GNO was just the occasion to celebrate aboard this boat. Fine dining, river views, and a dj for dancing the night away? Yes please! OK, let me tell you a bit about our night.

Recipe: Homemade Peppermint Bark

It's my favorite week at my house right now, cookie week! If you are a long time reader of my blog, then you know I make at least five types of Christmas cookies or holiday treats each year during this week. This year, I wanted to try a few new kinds, but still keep a few family favorites around as well. Everyone in my home loves peppermint bark, so I searched high and low looking for a simple recipe that I could double or even triple. Then I found this one from Spend With Pennies. You guys, it turned out amazing! It's is super yummy and I'm only mad I just doubled it. I may need to go get more dark chocolate so I can make one more batch before Christmas. It's super easy and not time consuming at all.
